JDL achieved 100% success rate for Employment Permit license for year 2008 in Shanghai despite the regulation is getting tougher. We now provide guarantee services (Since January 2008) for Employment permit license application for Domestic or Foreign company with registration capital of RMB 500,000 and above (Apply to all nationality) and RMB 300,000 and above (Apply to selected countries). JDL stopped processing Government invitation letter for multiple entries in view of Olympus, however, Government letter with single entry of up to 30 days are still available for all countries. Multiple entries Government letter will be available after October 2008.

JDL stopped processing F business visa extension but still process L visa extension for selected countries only. F business visa extension will be resuming after the Olympus.
